Can I bid on an Astro Auction even if the item being auctioned doesn't ship to my country?

To allow ALL members have a chance to partake in the guaranteed winnings of every Astro Auction, we allow international affiliates/members to bid ONCE (for 1 TCredit) on auctions for physical items that doesn't ship to their country. That bid will give the bidder an entry for the Rocket Box and Supernova jackpots, Pick the Bid contest, Rewardicals, and guaranteed Constellation prizes, as well as to extend their green streak for their Astro badge.

Note that these bidders are prohibited from winning the Quantum prize, since they won't be able to receive the physical item.
