Refund Policy

After bad experience with some customers we made a few decisions:
1. If the order is under $30, do not expect the tracking information to be reliable. At that point, the tracking number only serves as proof that the package has been sent.
2. The deadline for any complaints about the product (including if it arrived or not) is 75 days after ordering. After that period, every order will be treated as completed. Any complaints after that point will not be considered.
3. In the case that the customer does not accept or pick up the package after the first attempt of delivery, we are not held responsible, and will not give any refunds or resend the package.
4. We are not obligated to provide tracking number for re-shipments. Of course, we will if we can.

Our official return policy for Goldie.store products is as follows:
Your satisfaction as a customer is important to Goldie.store. If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with the goods, you can return, ask us to resend or refund. Before contact us please take time to read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Refunding the money is possible in as follows:
- You can request a refund for your physical product within 75 days from the date of purchase.
- Damaged products during the transport or mechanical issue (obligation: picture send to email where the damage is shown). When you return the product, it must be packed in the original packaging you received when product is arrived (upon its arrival on the address provided from our side we will contact you and make necessary return). In addition to the value of the sold goods, we will not refund the postage cost. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can make a refund for returned goods.
- In the case of "no delivery" or "package lost in transit":
The deadline for any complaints about the product is 75 days after ordering.
Customer is obliged to deliver picture or scan of receipt from the local post office confirming that the products is not received. That receipt should contain the address and tracking number we provided when the package was shipped. E-mail for sending is

- We also offer partial refund when some original parts missing. If the package arrives in parts missing, pls. send an email to us with picture. This picture must contain the address and label data from the package where it is important to clearly see the weight of the package. If we determine by weight that the parts are missing we will resend the missing part or refund it partially.
2. Other:
- Our shop is not responsible in case the address in not filled correctly or customer is not responding on his emails sent from our side to provide the good address.
- In the case that the customer does not accept or pick up the package after the first attempt of delivery, we are not held responsible, and will not give any refunds or resend the package.

Return Policy
For products you want to return back, pls. contact us on E-mail:
[email protected]Physical products must be returned within 75 days from the date of purchase for a refund of your purchase amount, minus a 15% restocking fee. IMPORTANT! Refunds for orders paid with Bitcoin will be made with a gift certificate or equivalent item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. No refunds for TCD products unless item received is defective, and defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
To receive a refund on a return, please adhere to the following:
* All returns must be returned in a salable condition in order to receive a refund.
* Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded.
* TripleClicks and Goldie.store is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or to return products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
* A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is calculated on the cost of the product(s) only.
* All returns of physical products must be received at Goldie.store to the address we will give you via E-mail.

Damaged Shipments: Although every effort is made to safely secure and ship all packages, sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to Goldie.store with the appropriate evidence we will seek (E-mail:

Returns: Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition in order to receive credit. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 75 days.
Refunds for Credit Card Purchases: If the product(s) were originally purchased with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the same credit card, less the 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling, within 30 days of the date of return.
Refunds for Check Purchases: If the product(s) were originally purchased with a bank draft or check, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless affiliate/customer provides a copy of the bank draft or check from his or her financial institution.
For SFI Affiliates: In the case of refunds or returns, any advancements from the SFI compensation plan, bonuses, or awards received by an SFI Affiliate as a result of these purchases will be reversed and the amount(s) deducted from any refund. SFI may also charge back to an affiliates' upline any commissions, rebates, bonuses, or awards received or paid on product(s) refunded or returned by the affiliate.
